Brand guidelines.
The visual foundation of a modern luxury real estate firm. Architectural, editorial and restrained, with a focus on material, proportion and permanence.
Logo & wordmark
The nested roofline expresses structure and shelter. The serif wordmark adds weight and a measured, editorial character.
Give the mark generous clear space. Preserve its proportions, keep it upright and place it on a quiet background. Avoid shadows, outlines and competing imagery.
Application guidance developed for this website. The original brand sheet is included below.A palette of materials.
Charcoal anchors the identity. Pale stone provides space. Blue-grey adds a cool architectural note, with sage available as an optional supporting colour. Select a swatch to copy its hex value.
Use charcoal for text on the light colours. Reserve the softer tones for fields, patterns and supporting details.
Type with presence.
The source identity pairs Chronicle Display with Baskerville. Strong display headlines, italic accents and comfortable reading rhythm create a consistent hierarchy.
Careful proportions and considered spacing allow each element to hold its place. Set longer passages with generous leading and a comfortable line length.
Chronicle font files were not included. Live specimens use available system serif fallbacks; the original wordmark preserves the supplied vector artwork. Supply licensed webfonts to reproduce Chronicle exactly.
One mark. A larger rhythm.
The roofline expands into a geometric lattice, connecting the identity to architectural surfaces. Use it as a tonal texture or a single, deliberate graphic moment.
Keep contrast subtle over large areas. Give the pattern its own space and keep dense text clear of it.
Spaces that feel lived in.
Natural light, tactile materials and carefully framed details. The supplied photography connects interiors with everyday life, balancing geometric structure with a human presence.

Choose restrained colours, gentle light and clear compositions. Let texture and proportion carry the image.
